Seed round · In-space resources & manufacturing
Every planet, moon, and living thing began as scattered matter drawn together by gravity. Stardust Universe builds the infrastructure that does this on purpose — turning raw material in orbit and beyond into the foundations of a multi-planetary economy.
01 — The problem
Every payload in orbit today was built on Earth and paid the full cost of leaving it. As satellite, habitat, and eventually settlement demand grows, that math stops working — the industry needs material and manufacturing capacity that originates in space, not underneath it.
02 — The platform
Stardust Universe is structured as an integrated pipeline — from raw material to finished structure — rather than a single point solution.
Identifies and processes raw material from near-Earth asteroids and lunar regolith into usable feedstock.
Orbital manufacturing facilities that turn feedstock into structural components in microgravity.
Logistics layer moving material and finished parts between extraction sites, orbit, and customers.
R&D arm developing the materials science and processing methods the other three divisions run on.
03 — Roadmap
Each phase funds and de-risks the next. We start where the economics already work.
Small-scale orbital fabrication using Earth-launched feedstock, proving the Forge process and securing first satellite-operator customers.
Deploy Extract's first surface unit to begin sourcing feedstock off-Earth, cutting Forge's input costs and validating ISRU at scale.
Relay connects multiple extraction and manufacturing sites into a standing in-space supply chain serving commercial, habitat, and government customers.

05 — The ask
We're looking for investors who understand that space infrastructure is a decade-long build — and want in at the phase where the first real facility gets built, not the hundredth deck gets written.
